Public Financing Expertise

Gregg has a broad perspective on funding strategies due to his significant public financing experience with major Wall Street investment banking firms. He also served as a senior member of a prominent investment banking boutique practice.

He specializes in capital markets financing, work that often involves taxable, tax-exempt, and lease financing bond structures, as well as the securitization of loan portfolios, mortgage-backed securities, derivative products, refunding escrow portfolios, and the reinvestment of bond proceeds.

For ThinkForward, he provides quantitative and credit analysis for financing transactions. He structures financings for all areas of public finance.

City and State Agency Experience

Prior to joining our firm, Gregg worked at UBS/PaineWebber and focused on New York State infrastructure financing. Specifically, he worked with major New York State agencies, including the Dormitory Authority, Thruway Authority, and Local Government Assistance Corporation.

Before joining UBS, Gregg was a senior quantitative specialist in the Capital Transactions Group at Prudential Financial. He also designed in-house bond analytic systems. And, he was a member of the company’s State Revolving Fund Group and was responsible for the securitization of leveraged loans for bond issues under the Clean Water Act.
