Public-Private Perspective on Capital Markets

Gregg has a broad perspective on funding strategies due to his significant public financing experience with major Wall Street investment banking firms. He also served as a senior member of a prominent investment banking boutique practice.

He specializes in capital markets financing, work that often involves taxable, tax-exempt, and lease financing bond structures, as well as the securitization of loan portfolios, mortgage-backed securities, derivative products, refunding escrow portfolios, and the reinvestment of bond proceeds.

For ThinkForward, he provides quantitative and credit analysis for financing transactions. He structures financings for all areas of public finance. His insight into how to overcome the limitations of working with large investment banks is an asset.
